Kylie Shields Photographer

Meet Kylie.

Kylie is a Boston-based photographer and videographer who specializes in concerts, dance performances, and theater. When she’s not at a venue, Kylie can be found shooting surf at the beach or hunting down dark sky spots for some star photos. She also has experience in private parties, charity events, headshots, and family portraits.

Kylie has been around cameras her whole life. Getting her first job as a videographer when she was sixteen, she quickly knew what she wanted to study. After completing her B.S in Film and Television at Boston University’s College of Communications, Kylie moved to LA. After a few years of working on a handful of sets as a Production Assistant, she started to miss seasons and decided to head back east.

When there’s not a camera in her hand, she can be found watching hockey, baseball, an early 2000’s romcom, or talking about the Muppets. In addition to freelance, Kylie works as a Video Production Manager at Berklee College of Music.

Kylie has photographed two of our shows and the experience always been sublime. Her ability to organically capture our most magical onstage moments, while giving us the space to perform as naturally & authentically as possible, has been invaluable. She is kind, talented, and professional. We cannot recommend Kylie enough.
